GCK type low-voltage complete switchgear is composed of power distribution center (PC) cabinet and motor control center (MCC). It is suitable for power users such as power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises as AC 50Hz, maximum working voltage up to 660V, zui In the power distribution system with a large working current up to 3150A, it is used for power conversion, distribution and control of power distribution equipment such as power distribution, motor control and lighting.
Conditions of Use
1. The altitude does not exceed 2000m;
2. The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40°C, and the average temperature within 24 hours is not higher than +35°C, and the ambient air temperature is not lower than -50°C;
3. Atmospheric conditions: the air is clean, and the relative humidity does not exceed 50% when the temperature is +40°C. Higher relative humidity is allowed when the temperature is low, for example: 90% when +20°C;
4. There is no fire, explosion hazard, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and violent vibration;
5. The inclination with the vertical plane does not exceed 50°;
6. This product is suitable for transportation and storage at the following temperatures: -25°C-+55°C, within a short period of time (not exceeding 24h) not exceeding +70°C;
If the above conditions of use cannot be met, the user should propose to the manufacturer when ordering and negotiate a solution.
Structure
The basic cabinet frame of this series of products is a combined assembly structure. All the structural parts of the cabinet frame are connected to each other by screws to form a basic frame, and then doors, baffles, partitions, drawers, mounting brackets, busbars and electrical components are added as required. And other parts, assembled into a complete switch cabinet, this cabinet has the following characteristics:
1. The frame is made of shaped steel, and the three-dimensional corner plate is used for positioning, and the bolts are connected without welding structure, so as to avoid welding deformation and stress, and improve the installation accuracy.
2. The frame and component mounting holes change according to the horizontal number E=20mm.
3. The internal structural parts are galvanized. After pickling and phosphating, the exterior is sprayed with electrostatic epoxy powder.
